We may process contact details, company and reseller profile information, target URLs, anchor text, editorial notes, selected publication IDs, publisher applications, and review submissions that you provide through the service or by email. Review email addresses are used for verification and are not displayed publicly.
Account security
Reseller passwords are stored as one-way salted password digests rather than readable passwords. Random session tokens are used to keep signed-in accounts active and are sent in restricted cookies. Never share credentials by email.
Information generated through use
Our hosting and security services may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, requested path, and error logs. We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.
How information is used
- To create and manage orders, reseller accounts, reviews, and publisher applications.
- To match reseller accounts with orders submitted under the same email.
- To communicate about support, review, delivery, and service changes.
- To prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and maintain security.
- To meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, database, email, fraud-prevention, and payment providers only as needed to provide the service. Payment-card details should be entered only on the payment provider’s secure page and are not intended to be stored by this website.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential sign-in cookies (ogp_session) keep reseller accounts signed in for up to 30 days. They are used when you request account services and are not disabled by rejecting optional cookies.
Optional browser storage (ogp-theme) remembers your light or dark theme between visits only after you select Accept optional cookies. If you reject, theme changes still work for the current page but are not saved for future visits. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
We store your accept or reject choice (ogp-cookie-choice-v1), with its date, in your browser for up to 180 days to respect your decision. This choice record is not used for advertising or tracking. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent at any time. Rejecting removes the saved theme preference. Browser settings can also remove stored data.
Payment providers may use their own cookies when you choose their services. Their privacy information applies to that interaction. We will update this notice and request any required consent before introducing new optional tracking technologies.
Retention and choices
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, dispute, accounting, and legal purposes. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
