Customer policy

Refund and replacement policy.

A clear framework for cancellations, unavailable placements, delivery problems, and review requests.

Before work begins

You may request cancellation before a publisher accepts the brief or content work begins. If no third-party cost has been committed, the affected placement is eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Documented, non-recoverable third-party costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

Unavailable or rejected placements

If the selected publication becomes unavailable, rejects the brief, or cannot deliver within a reasonable extended period, we will offer a comparable replacement or a refund for the undelivered placement. You choose the remedy before replacement work starts.

After publication

A placement is normally considered delivered when the agreed article is live at the confirmed URL and materially follows the approved brief. Published placements are not refundable solely because rankings, traffic, indexing, authority metrics, or other SEO outcomes differ from expectations; those outcomes are not guaranteed.

Material delivery problems

Contact us if the wrong target URL or anchor was used, the article materially departs from an approved brief, or the live page is removed during a separately stated placement-guarantee period. We will first seek correction or replacement. If neither is reasonably available, the affected placement may qualify for a partial or full refund.

How to request a review

  1. Email support@orderguestposts.com with the order reference and publication URL.
  2. Describe the problem and the requested resolution.
  3. Allow us time to verify the publisher record and respond with available options.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where practical. Payment-provider processing times may apply.

Abuse and excluded requests

Refunds may be refused for fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, unlawful or deceptive briefs, undisclosed prohibited content, buyer-supplied errors approved before publication, or changes requested after the agreed work was delivered. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
